The 2026 Corporate AI Shield
Protecting organisations from legal, financial and reputational AI risk - without stopping innovation
AI is already being used in your organisation.
Whether you approved it or not.
Your staff are using AI to:
-
draft emails
-
summarise documents
-
create marketing content
-
speed up decisions
Often without policies, oversight, or clarity about what’s safe.
That creates real risk — not in theory, but in law.
Why this matters now
AI is no longer “experimental” in the eyes of regulators.
In the UK:
-
Organisations are legally responsible for AI-assisted decisions
-
“The system did it” is not a defence
-
Poor AI use can trigger:
-
data protection breaches
-
discrimination claims
-
contractual liability
-
reputational damage
-
Most organisations don’t have a technology problem.
They have a governance and behaviour problem.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this training anti-AI or does it block innovation?
No. The training is explicitly designed to enable safe and responsible AI use. We define a “Green Lane” of encouraged AI practices and clear red lines for risk.
Is this training relevant if we already use Microsoft Copilot / approved tools?
Yes. Approved tools reduce risk, but they don’t remove legal, behavioural, or governance obligations. The training focuses on how people use tools, not just which tools are approved.
Does this training create legal liability if issues are uncovered?
No. The Shadow AI Audit is anonymous and diagnostic. Its purpose is risk awareness and governance improvement, not fault-finding or disciplinary action.
Is this training UK-specific?
Yes. It is grounded in UK law and guidance, including the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, GDPR, Equality Act 2010, and UK regulator expectations.
Who should attend?
This training is designed for mixed groups: leadership, HR, IT, legal, operations, marketing, and managers. AI risk cannot be managed by one function alone.
Will we leave with practical outputs, or just knowledge?
You leave with drafted policies, governance templates, decision frameworks, and a 30-day implementation plan — not just slides.
How do we prove the training worked?
We use a before-and-after measurement model, including a repeat Shadow AI Audit at 90 days, KPIs, and a board-ready reporting pack.
Do you offer ongoing support after the training?
Yes. Organisations can opt into the Guardian Compliance Subscription, which provides quarterly policy updates, governance support, and expert guidance.
