What size businesses do you work with?
We work with SMEs from 5 to 250 employees across all sectors.
Do you offer one-off HR support or only ongoing contracts?
Both. You can book ad-hoc consultations or choose monthly retainer packages for ongoing support.
Can you help if we already have an HR person but need extra support?
Yes. We work alongside your existing team to provide specialist advice, project support, or cover during busy periods.
What's included in an HR audit?
We review your policies, contracts, employee records, compliance status, and identify gaps or risks—with a full action plan.
How quickly can you respond to urgent HR issues?
Retainer clients get same-day response for urgent matters. Ad-hoc clients typically within 48 hours.
Do you charge for initial consultations?
No. We offer a free 15-minute discovery call to understand your needs.
Payroll Services
Can you take over our existing payroll mid-year?
Yes. We handle the transition smoothly, including HMRC notifications and historical data transfer.
What payroll software do you use?
We use HMRC-recognised software and can integrate with your existing accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
Do you handle pension auto-enrolment?
Yes—setup, ongoing administration, and compliance reporting included.
What if we need to make last-minute payroll changes?
We accept changes up to 48 hours before payroll run date.
Are P60s, P45s, and P11Ds included?
Yes, all statutory forms and year-end reporting are included.
What happens if HMRC queries our payroll?
We handle all HMRC correspondence and queries on your behalf at no extra cost.

Do we need technical knowledge to use AI automation?
No. We design, implement, and train your team—no technical expertise required.
Can AI automation integrate with our current systems?
Yes. We work with most HR, payroll, CRM, and accounting platforms.
How long does implementation take?
Basic automations: 2-4 weeks. Complex workflows: 6-12 weeks depending on scope.
What if the automation doesn't work as expected?
We include a 30-day refinement period and ongoing support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Is AI automation suitable for very small businesses (under 10 employees)?
Yes—even small teams or even individuals benefit from automating repetitive tasks like onboarding, timesheets, and document management.
Can we add AI automation to any package?
Yes. AI automation is available as an add-on across all HR, Payroll, and Career Coaching packages.
Will automation replace our staff?
No. Automation handles repetitive admin so your team can focus on strategic, high-value work.
HR Career Coaching (Individuals)
Can I switch packages after I've started?
Yes. If you start with Kickstart and need more support, you can upgrade to Career Move or Leadership & HR Pro. We'll credit your original payment toward the new package.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit that session.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see tangible progress within 2-4 weeks (improved CV, clearer goals, interview invitations). Career transitions typically take 2-6 months depending on market conditions and your target role.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Split payments available for Career Move (2 payments) and Leadership & HR Pro (3 payments) at no extra cost. Contact us to arrange.
Can sessions be in-person?
Leadership & HR Pro package sessions can be in-person in London for +£50 per session. All other packages are online only.
What if I'm not happy with my coaching?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied after your first session, we'll refund that session in full—no questions asked.
Do you offer corporate/team coaching?
Yes, we offer group coaching and workshops for teams. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can I share my sessions with a friend or colleague?
No, packages are non-transferable and tailored to the individual. However, we offer a referral discount—refer a friend and you both get 10% off your next package.
Do you help with CIPD qualifications?
Yes. We provide guidance on CIPD pathways, study support, and career planning for HR professionals.
What if I'm changing careers into HR?
We specialise in career transitions. We'll help you identify transferable skills, build an HR-focused CV, and prepare for entry-level or career-change roles.

Yes. We offer 10% off for registered charities and social enterprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card payments, and direct debit for retainer clients.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup fees apply to HR + Payroll packages (typically £400-£600) to cover onboarding, system setup, and compliance review.
Can I pause my package?
Retainer packages can be paused for up to 2 months per year (e.g., during quiet periods). Contact us to arrange.
What's your cancellation policy?
Monthly packages: 30 days' notice. One-off projects and coaching packages are non-refundable after work begins.
